Italconsult acquired 100% of Boswell Engineering Inc.

On April 2018 Italconsult S.p.A., through Italconsult USA Corporation, has acquired 100% of share capital of Boswell Engineering Inc., a historical US multi-disciplinary engineering company, headquartered in the States of New Jersey and New York, and regarded as one of the largest and most diverse engineering firms based in the Tri-State Area.

The Company has been founded in 1924 by Boswell family and since then has been providing public and private sector clients with a comprehensive range of strategic consulting, planning, engineering, and construction management services, in the Civil/Structural, Construction Management/Inspection, Environmental, Municipal, Site, Survey, Transportation/Traffic, Underwater/Marine, Water/Wastewater sectors.

Boswell for his history and for his expertise has been seen as great fit for Italconsult to generate synergies between American and European engineering cultures. Therefore, the acquisition of Boswell Engineering has to be seen with great prospective of expansion both to the American market and worldwide with a solid multinational structure already existing.
