The project is related to the construction of the highway penetration link from the city of Tizi Ouzou to East-West Highway from CH 0+000 to CH 36.058 and  the rehabilitation of RN 25 for 12 km (CH 0+000 to CH 8+332).

The length of the road alignment is 44,4 km (3 lanes and emergency lane) for a design speed of 110 km/h. The road includes 8 interchanges, 9.3 km of viaducts and 1,5 km of tunnels. The implementation cost is about USD 770,000,000.

We are providing project control, design review,  detailed design and shop drawings prepared by the Contractor before the construction of concerned works; technical assistance to ANA (National Highway Agency), quality control and monitoring of construction works, quality management,  inspection of works,  control and approval of materials, training courses in Italy in tunnel construction and management, and in Algeria in Information Technologies (software Primavera) and checking of payment certificates, assistance for claims, the like up to taking over certificate.
