Bevilacqua Group holds 80% of Italconsult shareholding. Tecno Holding S.p.A. leaves the shareholder group

On 24 November Tecno Holding S.p.A. sold their full shares (20%) held in Italconsult S.p.A. to Bevilacqua Group. The current shareholding structure of Italconsult S.p.A. is composed of Bevilacqua Group (80%) and Intesa Sanpaolo bank (20%).
